| It is a big learning process. I don't know how many times I have had these kind of duh! moments. Still have them. You are doing well though. Down 9 pounds like that. It is not that easy to lose for us more experienced ladies.

| Make sure you check various brands of cream cheese as they all differ. I found that Waitrose brand has 2 grams carbs per 100 grams - about 2/3 the carbs of philadelphia brand.

| Reading labels also helps with portion control. When you actually measure out servings, I find I was eating way too much and my servings were enough for two and my carbs were doubled as well.
