| The key for me was to plan in advance the food I intended to eat so I wasn't caught out by having to make a snap decision. One of our members used to have this quote in her signature Quote:

| I have tried Atkins serveral times in the past and the main reason I slipped was because "i failed to plan". I make sure that I have a lot of legal food on hand and prepare food to take to work each day. I love to cook so I get creative with my foods....eggplant frittatas is just one varity of eggs that I cook. I keep hard boiled eggs in the fridge along with crab dip, pepperoni slices, chicken, tuna salad.. etc... be prepared is all I can say and drink plenty of water.
