| Our body weight varies from day to day as well as during the day by sometimes as much as 5 or 6 pounds no matter what we are eating or not eating, so don't be fazed by seeing an upward move to start with. Try not to get on the scales for at least the first week when your body will have got used to the new regime and hopefully start shedding pounds.
