Default Lost 3.5 Pounds in 4 Days!!!
Woo-Hoo!!! I've been on Induction for 4 days now, (after many, many false starts) and this morning I weighed myself and I have lost 3.5 pounds!!!!!! :icondance

I had been struggling and struggling to get myself started and motivated, trying to stay on Induction for those 2 weeks, but I finally dug in and decided to go for it once more. :nod

Well, so far, I am doing a clean induction, and am on my way. I just wanted to share because it really has been a struggle. :nod

Two years ago, I lost 24 pounds on the Atkins diet, and then that dreaded carb creep popped up and I gained back 19 pounds--Yikes!! I am currently at 150.5 and I want to get back down to 138.5 and wearing those wonderful size 6 jeans I wore 2 years ago. :yikes

Anyway, thanks for listening/reading......

I think it´s great that you´ve managed four clean induction days, Lord knows it´s difficult in the beginning. Keep it up and you´ll have lost the excess weight in no time!

Congrats!!! I am in the same boat as you. I kept trying to start Atkins adn ended up not finishing out the 1st 2 weeks. I am finally serious. I have been on it for 2 weeks and have lost 8 pounds. It feels so different this time. I am content!!! I have energy and no hunger pains.

Keep up the good work!
