Hello everyone, I just wanted to let you all know that im back now.I went away fro a few weeks and went of the diet, but im even more determined this time to lose weight.I really have too!!! I have missed you all,and i hopr that i can still have your ongoing support.I really need it.It going to be very hard for me, as ive lost a lot of confidence and motivation but i really want to find it back again.I am here for anyone else who needs support too, as i want to think of this is a big part of my life.I want to share this with you all, and help each other through good times and bad, the lows the highs and the inbetweens. :hug

Life is always going to throw things at you, and you need to be well-educated on what you can and cannot eat, and be as prepared as you can be for all these situations, right? Right! :joy

Thanks for the kind welcome everyone, it very sweet.
Yes barcelona was great.. i really enjoyed it.But since i got back infact it all happen on sunday, i had a fall and hurt my back.It proving to hard to even go to uni nevermind shopping and sticking to the diet.So im started on monday, as at the moment im not active.saying that im still getting myself geared up fpr it , im making lists of recipies and food and trying to keep motivated.

just wanted to say welcome back home. Determination is the key to success. The board will always be here for your ongoing support. They never have failed me as of yet. If you ever need any help let me know. We are there for eachother. Good and bad.
