ok this is not a professional advice but i think i can kinda help because i know a lot about working out.....while you are on atkins are you excersizing daily? if you are working out, are you combining both aerobics as well as weight training? these two things are a great deal of help to lose and prevent loose skin after weight loss, people that lose weight while working out (aerobics & weight training) never tend to have this problem. Weight training is very very important, it tones you up, builds muscles, prevents loose skin and gets your metabolism going. so go to a store and buy some weights depending on your fitness level, (start with lighter weights if you are not very physically active) and start doing some weight training. I would advice you to buy a weight training video, or join a gym if you are a beginner....okkk hope this helps!
