Day 14

Well today is day 14 and I am down 10 lbs. I have been stuck for about a week at an eight pound loss. I was starting to get discouraged. But finally had a 2 lb loss. I am going to continue with induction for a few weeks. I know it takes time and I just need to be patient. I have not cheated once. I am determined to do this. Best of luck to everyone.
