| Ketchup is not allowed on induction. Why not just find some that have less than 2 carbs per tablespoon? Much easier than "do it yourself" and legal!

| If you are talking about Heinz One Carb Ketchup, that is allowed on induction. Its ingredients are: tomato concentrate made from red ripe tomatoes, distilled vinegar, salt, onion powder spice, sucralose (i.e. splenda), natural flavoring. If I were you, I would just keep my other sweetener below 3 servings a day, to account for the sucralose in ketchup. Of course, you should always watch the serving size since most of your carbs should come from veggies.
