Ketchup is not allowed on induction. Why not just find some that have less than 2 carbs per tablespoon? Much easier than "do it yourself" and legal!

If you are talking about Heinz One Carb Ketchup, that is allowed on induction. Its ingredients are: tomato concentrate made from red ripe tomatoes, distilled vinegar, salt, onion powder spice, sucralose (i.e. splenda), natural flavoring. If I were you, I would just keep my other sweetener below 3 servings a day, to account for the sucralose in ketchup. Of course, you should always watch the serving size since most of your carbs should come from veggies.

Imagine that you're doing great, losing weight, feeling better than ever, thrilled with yourself, hearing compliments from friends and acquaintances---and then it happens! Despite all your good intentions, you're mightily tempted by a food you're not supposed to have. What to do? I'll tell you this: You'd better have a strategy ready!"
