I usually eat bacon and eggs for bk, fo lunch i have tuna from can with mayo and mustard. with a slimfast lowcarb, I have porkrinds for a snack. for dinner I eat chicken with seasoning o grouper or turkey burgers. I eat a 4 oz of cheese a day. I drink 1 diet pepsi a day. I also for dessert eat sugarfree jello about 2-3 aday. Can you please let me know what I am doing wrong? I want to lose about 30 pounds. Hmm. Well, on induction you should *ONLY* be eating the foods on the acceptable food list. This means no slimfast, no jello, and no pepsi. All of these get you over your daily allotment of sweeteners, the pepsi has caffeine, and the slimfast, honestly just scares me to think of the ingredients. I'm not sure where the cheese comes from since it's not listed as being part of any of your meals - is it just a snack by itself?

What are your stats? Do you exercise?

Just as a thought, how much of the rest of the foods are you eating? For example, if you're eating a pound of bacon, and six eggs for breakfast, 3 cans of tuna with a cup of mayo for lunch, a bag of porkrinds as a snack and a whole chicken for dinner, it's not going to work for you. You are not supposed to be counting calories, but you are supposed to eat until *satisfied* not until stuffed.

Hmm. Do you eat any veggies?? Are you going to the bathroom still? I'm not sure you're eating enough fat... Have you tried putting your foods into Dailyplate or Fitday to find the percentages? You should be eating 65% fat, 30% protein and 5% carbs. I don't think you're at those levels.

Other than that, I really *would* cut the slimfast and jello... some people are just a lot more sensitive about eating those things, and they really could be most of your problem.

Thanks for the info I will try that out. I have no problem going to the bathroom. I do eat about a cup of veggies a day. I guess that is not enough. What can i eat to get more fat in my diet?

Okay, I'm so confused. It's really hard to tell what to change if you're not actually saying what you're eating. I don't see *any* veggies in either of those lists of foods. You should be eating 2-3 cups of veggies per day. Are there other foods you're eating that aren't in the lists?

It all depends, like I said - I would try one of those sites - if you're eating chicken without skin, you could add it for more fat.. if you're eating veggies - adding oil or butter to them. Also like I said in the initial post, it is possible that you're eating too many calories. Since I'm not sure about the chicken, and my rough estimates are probably 500 for breakfast, 500 for lunch, 100 for each oz of cheese, plus a lot for pork rinds... I mean, that's probably somewhere around 1500, plus the chicken, and veggies, and whatever else you're eating. If you're not exercising, I'm not sure you need to be eating that much... until you're satisfied... you can always go back for seconds.
