| Welcome home!! I noticed your goal weight and size 14. Girl, let me tell you...I don't know how tall you are and that will make a difference BUT out of curiosity I tried on my size 14 jeans at 206 pounds...and guess what?? They fit!! If I was just doing the WOE, this wouldn't have happened but I've been on plan and doing weight lifting and cardio. Couldn't believe they fit. The last time I wore size 14's, in high school I think, I weighted around 170-180. Combine the diet with building muscle and cadio and you'll look really hot at a much higher weight. Talk about motivation...when your ticker says you have SO MANY more pounds to go...it doesn't really bother you if you're looking great now!! |
