| Dr Atkins uses a lot of soy powder in his meals. You may want to check www.atkins.com and see if you can find anything. I think it tastes nasty so I don't use it.

| make sure what you have is soy protein isolate as you are in the 14 day induction forum and need to be only having foods from the acceptable foods lists. Soy Protein powder if it is a pure protien and not a mixed carb/protein food like nuts and beans can be a part of your program otherwise you need to put your powder up till OWL rung 6 Happy low carbing.

| Ok ya soy powder does have a funny taste. So what do you guys use to bake things. There is no way i can get the Atkins bake mix here so i need basics. Please specify one for induction and maybe one for OWL
