Default Cottage cheese on induction?

Hi Everyone, I am wondering if anyone has eaten cottage cheese-like a serving with 4 grams of carbs as a small snack?

Cottage cheese, farmer's cheese, any kind of soft cheese or cheese spread is NOT ALLOWED on induction, so I hope everyone says no!

Thanks! I am just running out of "snacks" and getting bored already... It is only day 4!! This is the 5th try for me in 6 years-the first induction in 2003 I lost 15 pounds in 3 weeks and continued to lose... After that I went up and down and never did induction "right" again. I am one of those people evidently that cannot even have an Atkins bar with induction-even though the people at the Atkins website said 1 in a day would not hurt me-I don't really rapidly lose! It's tough for me, especially at 43 with a snail for metabolism.

LOL The people at the website are interested in selling bars and shakes, not helping you lose weight. This is their way to come out of bankruptcy and make money again. The bars, especially, are not made of induction friendly ingredients.

What kind of snacks did you eat before Atkins.
How about cheese crisps
How about pork rinds
How about poppers
How about pizza

Here is a good recipe site. Be creative with what you can eat. It really helps.

Soft cheeses are allowed---as long as they are aged cheeses, like Brie, Camembert, Port Salut, etc.

I need to find a breakfast alternative to eggs and sausage. I did make the quiche with veggies someone posted and it was awesome! I modified the squash a little bit and only half the cheese, but whipping the eggs with heavy cream, basil, oregano and garlic really made it tasty!
