| Peppers are on the salad veggie list. If you are talking about pickled banana pepper rings, make sure there are no sugars (dextrose, corn syrup) used in the pickle juice. They also have a good bit of sodium, so don't eat them in excess, but a few rings a day is fine. I love them.

| Yes they are high in sodium..they don't have any added sugars though. Thanks for responding! |
