Re: sour cream!! | | All foods except fats (oils) and meats have some sugar. This is sugar naturally occurring in foods. You can find in everything, from broccoli to cheese. The sugar listed in sour cream is lactose (milk sugar) and is impossible to get rid of it since sour cream is a diary product.  It's not the naturally occurring sugar you have to worry about, but the added one (e.g. dextrose in lunch meat).
