| Ditto to what Georgiana said, but...this is your FIRST day. When I went through Induction I felt that I was eating ALL the time the first two or three days. Your appetite WILL decrease. Read the links Georgiana provided. It sounds like you're on the right track. It's a very good thing that you're asking questions. Most of us did not do a perfect Atkins right out of the gate. This board is a great source of knowledge, motivation, support, and encouragement .Kudos to you! You can do this! |
