| Everything has carbs (except maybe butter). Meats just have far fewer carbs. Shrimp is on the induction list, so don't sweat it. Fit day has 15 large boiled / steamed shrimp at 1.1g carb. | Shrimp and shellfish do have carbs, but they are allowed on induction. Just count the carbs and enjoy! |
