| Hi there! I know exactly how you feel!!! I was there not to long ago. Keep your chin up and resist the temptation. Try to distract your behaviour for those few key moments that you have your craving and hopefully you'll b pass it with success. Try to do something that is the complete opposite of eating :wave

| Welcome back to induction. You have to ask yourself how important is it to lose the weight??? You have to make the commitment. You have to go to the grocery store and fill your kitchen with induction friendly foods. Throw away all the foods that you have problems with. Visit this board. Look at success stories, the before and after pictures, and whatever else motivates you. Is there an important date coming up that you want to look great for? Focus. You can do it.

| I have felt like that many times. People would say you have no willpower. I say it is about motivation. You can have all the willpower in the world, but you NEED motivation! That is how you will get through on this diet, find something to motivate you.

| It helped me to celabrate all the victories, big or small. I was never really a breakfast eater, so every time I ate something for breakfast, even though I didn't feel much like eating, I would think to myself "Yeah! I did it!" I know it sounds kind of silly, but that's what I'd do..and I'd do that when I took a flight of stairs instead of the elevator, or came home and had veggies and dip for a snack, or went out for a walk. I did and still continue to do a LOT of cheerleading for myself. It doesn't matter how big or small your achievement is, it's worth celebrating! I would much rather celebrate all day, than feel badly about myself...maybe thinking about it in those terms might help you...I hope so! :hug |

| Like the others have all mentioned! Celebrate your victories, big and small!! We have to motivate ourselves, by telling ourselves that we are going to do this. We may not be able to control everything in our lives, but we can control what we put in our mouth. You have to break the addiction and it takes a few days to get the excessive glucose out of your system. Drink your water! When the feelings come over you to eat the wron things, take off and go for a walk or some other form of exercise. Those cravings will pass! I tell myself I am an adult and I am not going to let food control me anymore. Hope this helps you make the trip back into LOW CARB WOL easier! Becky Sue Mojo I am pulling for you. Girl, I know you can do it.!!! Yeah Mojo! |

| Thank you all so much for your support and advise!!! I really have been trying to restart for over a year. It helps to know you are all out there and understand what I'm going thru..... I am really glad your all here to help, I needed it. My 26th birthday is on July 4, a little over 16 weeks away. I would love to be wearing something spectacular on my 26th birthday. I love the idea of cheerleading for myself for small victories rather than beating myself up over failures. I will let you all know as soon as I get this started. I'm taking measurements and new 'before' pics today! Happy St. Patricks Day!
