| I am not sure how big that salad is, but you should be eating three cups a day -- 2 from the salad veggies list and 1 from the "other veggies" list OR 3 from the salad veggies list. You can find induction menus in the book or on Linda's website: Linda's Low Carb Menus & Recipes - Induction Menus Regular ketchup has sugar and is not allowed on Atkins. You can either use the one-carb ketchup: Heinz One Carb Ketchup or make your own: Linda's Low Carb Menus & Recipes If you didn't already read this in the book, check out these links: http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...induction.html (What are the Rules of Induction?) http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...induction.html (What foods can be eaten on Induction?) http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...ood-links.html

Imagine that you're doing great, losing weight, feeling better than ever, thrilled with yourself, hearing compliments from friends and acquaintances---and then it happens! Despite all your good intentions, you're mightily tempted by a food you're not supposed to have. What to do? I'll tell you this: You'd better have a strategy ready!"
