Default *Increase your energy level & solve Bad Breath*

Hi Folks, :wave

I've been using a supplement for the past few days called Green Magma - it gives you a great energy boost and has lot's of health benefits to boot. Not to mention it's a sure fire cure for "Atkins Breath"

Green Magma is the powdered juice from young blue barley grass, it's 100% organic and you mix a teaspoon with 4 ounces of water. Direct benefits are:
  • *Improved digestion and increased energy from active live enzymes
*Eliminates bad breath - even "Atkins breath" because it detoxifies the gastrointestinal system and is loaded with Chlorophyll
    *Loaded with Vitamins C & E
*Provides added protein and 19 amino acids
*Offers trace minerals and vitamins B1,B2,B3 and B6
I actually called the company the other day and spoke with the founder Dr. Bob Terry and was delighted to find he was an Atkins fan and very knowledgeable about the diet.

Green Magma does have 2 grams of low glycemic carbs per serivng in 4-6 ounces of water. But the good guy carbs so if you choose to try it remember to deduct your does from your carb intake.

You can find it at any health food or vitamin store - the company doesn't sell directly but you can learn a lot from visiting their site at www.greenfoods.com

Hello Peter,
Is that similar to Spirulina? I take Spirulina every day and notice I rarely get bad breath when doing atkins.

Anyway, just wanted to say you give great tips!

Hi Monet,

You know it's so interesting you brought up Spirulina, I've been reading as much as I can about it - and it has wonderful benefits!

From anti aging properties to documented studies that support conclusively it boosts the immune system, plus all those good vitamins like B12 that really do help with your energy level...I remember a few years ago getting a shot of B12 in your tush was almost a rage. I think like Green Barley juice these kinds of whole and complete foods can make a definite impact on the quality of our life, preventing disease and promoting healing.

I defiantly plan on adding it to my ever growing collection of things I keep taking!....earlier today I picked up more Green Magma, Green Tea extract and coconut oil (which is great, especially on atkins if you haven't tried it I recommend it)

Back to Spirulina I've been poking around this site which you probably already know of but I think it's fascinating to read the information, clinical studies and of course the photos of how it's grown their link is www.spirulina.com

Shawnee the moderator in the nutrients forum responded to a post I worte there, and swears by Spirulina and Green Food nutriants like Green Magma - feels it's what cured his Diabeties He's 60, and not that thats old...my grandad who passed this summer lived to 104 and was in better shape than many people half his age.

So hey, I may still be fat but my breath is like a rose!

Peter

The carb count on Spirulina is really none! I'm not sure about the other product Peter was talking about. But if you take Spirulina you really don't need any other vitamins....it has almost all needed nutrients.
