the first one is me at 310 all-time high
the second is me at 263 3/16/05

I don't really see much difference in the pics, but measurements and scales say otherwise. I lost 47lbs so far and went from a size 28 shirt to and 18/20----from size 28 pant to 22. I have to admit it's an incredible feeling.
