| I like to make my own batch and keep it in an airtight container. It keeps for quite a while! I simply mix equal parts of mayo and sour cream with blue cheese crumbles, salt & pepper. Sooo yummy.

Ken's brand, check the carbs on the back of the other brands when you go to the store. they are usually 2-5 carbs per serving but ken's is 1carb i believe. The have a few to choose from though.

| Yes, good to remember that. Funny how tiny packages are sometimes labeled as 2 or more servings - people are clueless. I haven't shopped yet so I'll keep all of that advice in mind. It may end up better to go with mmorlock's recipe after all. Then I'd know for sure what I'm getting. |
