Default Restart!

I posted a few weeks, maybe even months ago, about how excited I was to start this WOE. I'm not sure what happened but I never got past day two. I think I was just distracted and stopped preparing my food ahead of time. Well I am off to start again and am better prepared! I have been working out 3-4 times a week already so I am ready to get my eating under control!

Thanks! Today is going well although I have been tempted a few times. So far I've had my fried eggs and sausage patty and am getting ready to have lunch. I did miss the gym today and am feeling a bit lazy because of it, but I will be working out tomorrow so I'm hoping that will help.

I do have a question though, how much artificial sweetener is allowed daily? The reason why I ask is because I've made a batch of sugar free strawberry "juice" with 0 carbs (it's like crystal light but is a different brand) I know this can stall people and I don't want to make drinking it a habit.

We are allowed up to 3 servings of sweetener a day.

One serving of a sweetened drink is usually stated as 8 fluid ounces, so if you are having nothing else sweetened then you could have 24 fluid ounces of this drink.
