Yes I am going by the menu from the book. I have been working out since January 1st, and just started the Atkins diet on the 16th. I work out 4 days a week, 30 mins on an elliptical, and 20 mins of weight training. I eat alot of chicken breast, eggs, bacon, cheese, for meals, and Ive also bought the Atkins Shakes, I personally like the Strawberry shake flavor. Just hang in there it will fall off before you know it!
