| If you stick with induction legal veggies (don't overestimate either! Its easy to think 2 cups is one cup lol), meat and straight oils for your sauce you should be OK. Don't use any teryaki, sweet & sour or pre-mix stuff. At Hu Hot (which is much the same thing as Fire & Ice I'm guessing), I bypass any premade sauces and go right to peanut oil, garlic oil, red pepper oil, etc. If you have questions about what's in anything, ask. And bypass the noodles too

| I suppose it depends on how busy they are and how close together they're putting the food on the grill. I've never seemed ot have had much problem with someone's icky sauce creeping in to my cool dish but you never know I guess!

| you can do what i do since I'm allergic to soy I ask them not to touch my food with anything that has touches some one elses food and the use clean new utinsils on my food when cooking on the grills and scrape the grill too but I only eat at one place like that and am a big tipper for that extra service i get.
