| Hi Luvthin, :wave Welcome! Our bodies have remarkable memories so even tough you had a very different experience on Atkins it's unlikely you'll repeat that experience exactly has it was years ago. Having done the same thing, weight that fell off quickly during induction now moves very slowly - but that's ok and it's normal. As for your fatigue that's normal too during the first few days of Induction. The symptoms of withdrawal from sugar and carbs may be taking a longer time on this new go around to subside.
