| There are no dumb questions - it is dumber to make errors because you failed to ask. The measurements are for raw veggies. I know that is not really stated but Atkins says that when something cooks down in volume significantly we have to make sure we measure them raw so we do not underestimate the carb count. That probably means we should make it as a rule to measure raw.
