| There are lots of quick meals. steak and mushrooms pan fried trout with green beans Stir fried sliced chicken breast with broccoli Pan fried prawns with sliced peppers On Sunday wash veggies, slice up meat for stir fry then freeze, wrap up individual portions of meat then freeze. Bake a whole chicken or two. grate and measure cheese for scambled eggs or salads Buy a bag of salad for quick lunches or dinner veggies. Chop up baked chicken ready for lunch salads and chicken salad. Get creative. Small bits of meat cook fast. Decide you love to cook and find it relaxing instead of a chore. look for a few new recipies to try

| I'm a lazya** ...so I make a big turkey meatloaf on monday and eat it most of the week with salad or a veggie that I can cook quickly. I also like to make a big tray of baked chicken thighs and use it in a variety of ways(stir fry, in a caeser salad) also I wash and chop all veggies at the beginning of the week
