| IrishRain, it may just be coated with a seasoning spice mixture, which would be okay. Is there someone you could ask how it was prepared? If in doubt, you can just peel the skin off and eat it without skin or coating. I've done that with fried chicken in a pinch. |

| Oh, thanks Sunny! You just reminded me of something they have online. I just went on the Dining website to take a look at the menus, and next to the grilled chicken is a little "GF" for gluten free. So that's a good sign! I think, then, that it must be just seasoning. Thank goodness, because I looked up the carb count on 1/10th of a cup of flour, and it's 10 carbs! Yikes.
