| Cauliflower! I would never eat it before Atkins, and I was leery of making "fauxtatoes" the first time. Now they're a treat! I also love Linda Sue's Just Like Twice-Baked Potatoes (made with cauliflower, of course!). |

| Was just about to post a new topic about something similar. I learnt how to make broccoli today and i cant stop eating them. Who would have thought that i would be eating broccoli. cheese cake is another on i never really understood the concept of cheese in cake infact it grossed me out. I now absolutely love it. THe BIGGEST change for me is not so much what im eating but what im drinking WATER!!! I was brought up on juice and pop(soda) so water was a whole new concept. I found it so tasteless now i can drink 100 fl. oz with no problems.

| BEFORE I STARTED THIS WOE/WOL I HAD NEVER IN MY LIFE TOUCHED A BRUSSELL SPROUT. ON MY LAST TRIP TO THE GROCERY STORE I PURCHASED A 1LB BAG OF THEM. TO MY SURPRISE THEY KIND OF REMINDED ME OF BABY CABBAGE, AND I LOVE CABBAGE. SO NOW I HAVE A NEW GREEN VEGGIE TO ENJOY FOR THE DURATION OF INDUCTION. |
