Default Thank you - I'm losing!!!!

Hello to everyone who helped me on Tuesday (and all week)!!!

I got on the scale today and I've lost 3 pounds since Tuesday morning! It just happened like overnight! I haven' t lost in a month of blood, sweat and tears and with your suggestions I am finally rolling!

I was told to up my calories which made me feel better and have more energy. I was also told to cut the coffee and I have to do that slowly but I only had 1 1/2 cups today (which also lowers my cream). Also, to cut down the sodium - I was up to 2600 mg and now down to 1200 - that is hard - everything comes with sodium. But, I noticed I didn't have to take off my ring and watch yesterday! Yeah! I also cut out the peanut butter (no no on induction) and Splenda (boo hoo - love cream cheese with splenda). I thought I could "get away" with it because it worked last time, but....you know the answer to that one (right 2bigformysize!). Also, I made sure I was drinking 1/2 my weight in oz of water!

I added flaxseed yesterday and didn't crave the oat bran and apple - which was always a problem. I felt in my gut that I wanted to eat them so badly. I didn't have that yesterday - like 2big said, I might have been craving the soluble fiber.

Anyway, I so much want to say THANKYOU THANKYOU THANKYOU. It doesn't really matter how fast I lose I am just glad to be rolling finally. It was so disheartening to get up every morning to that scale/measuring tape depression. Yes, I am one of those that measure and weight every morning. I find they do not fluxuate and it motivates me for the day if I didn't lose the day before. Also, when the scale doesn't move and the measure does - Yipee!

HUGS to all who helped me!
Lori

D'oh. Peanut butter. I *knew* I was missing something somewhere.

There goes my celery (sigh). Only way I can stomach the stuff is with a wee bit of PB :/

Try it with slightly warm cream cheese - it's great! You can also add green onions to it and let the two flavors meld for about 2 hours. Later, when you can add Splenda it's good with the Atkins Raspberry Syrup and cream cheese. I make a little cheesecake with it!

Also, the more you eat it the better it tastes. I have also found celery will calm a queasy stomach - I was a little queasy coming off the sugar the first two weeks.

I'll try to remember that, thanks! It's a good thing I picked up that cream cheese, I guess

Luckily enough, the PB hasn't stalled out my progress...and I'm still keepin within my carb count :joy
