| D'oh. Peanut butter. I *knew* I was missing something somewhere. There goes my celery (sigh). Only way I can stomach the stuff is with a wee bit of PB :/ |

| Try it with slightly warm cream cheese - it's great! You can also add green onions to it and let the two flavors meld for about 2 hours. Later, when you can add Splenda it's good with the Atkins Raspberry Syrup and cream cheese. I make a little cheesecake with it! Also, the more you eat it the better it tastes. I have also found celery will calm a queasy stomach - I was a little queasy coming off the sugar the first two weeks.

| I'll try to remember that, thanks! It's a good thing I picked up that cream cheese, I guess Luckily enough, the PB hasn't stalled out my progress...and I'm still keepin within my carb count :joy |
