| Wow, you guys are smart! I use Hellman's too and so far so good. JulieB, I didn't realize that fact about the companies rounding down, good point, I'll watch for that, thanks. I think I'm more concerned with getting enough carbs from vegies, but Atkins is so much fun, it doesn't bother me, figuring things out. This is my 1st week of induction and I weigh-in tomorrow morning. I have also started an acct at Fitday.
