You say you weigh 137. What's your height and goal weight? How much do you want to lose total? Based on the chart for women on page 158 of DANDR 2002, if you have less than 20 pounds to lose you may lose between 2 and 6 pounds during the first two weeks of Induction based on whether you have high, average, or low metabloic resistance. For those that want to lose between 20 and 50 pounds they may lose between 3 and 9 pounds during the first two weeks of Induction based on whether they have high, average, or low metabloic resistance.
These are just averages based on his studies. Each person is different. You have lost weight before and you can do it again.
