| I think what is done is done and you shouldn't be worrying about it unless you plan to do it again. You can use cream in your coffee instead of milk. I am not sure what "something like splenda" is -- a sweetener (not all of them are recommended on Atkins; avoid aspartame) or some coffee creamer? All coffee creamers I saw in Germany have illegal ingredients. I'm not sure if this is the case where you live. If you are hungry, go eat something. As long as you stop eating when satisfied, but not stuffed, you should not worry about calories.

| georgianna you really save my day!! I wont do it again, i was out and in a provencal town in greece you can not ask for too much!it was definitely sweetener as...K something... if it stalls me I will get back tommorow...I am a scale freak and I weigh twice each day (morning and evening) I do not get discouraged but motivated eventhough for the last 3 days I am the same.Nevertheless tomorrow it's my official day since I am closing one week on the diet (no cheating, maybe just more cheese than allowed but no extremes and not sure about the 65-30-5 % rule eventhough I am trying to use fitday and monitoring what I eat-but I am satisfied!!) |
