| Heavy cream is limited during Induction. The daily amount is 1-2 tablespoons. While another amount 3 fluid ounces is listed on the Special Category Foods list. Those foods are known to stall or slow weight loss in some folks so they may need to be avoided during Induction. Also sweeteners are limited to 3 servings a day. 1 packet is 1 serving.

| 1/4 cup is 4 tbs. So if you whip up 4 tbs you can eat about half one day and the rest the next. A bit of sweetener is fine as megs says but count them. 14 cups would be yummy? I love cream

| 1/4 cup = 4 tablespoons or 2 fluid ounces, so about double the daily 'allowance' although less than the 'special category' extra which is allowed now and again as long as it doesn't upset your losing progress.
