Thumbs up Some advice for me :) PLEASE

well i went on a binge for 3 days gained almost 10 pounds ... is that normal to gain that much back so quick? i mean i acually saw the weight on me in minutes. Well i am on day 4 of new induction and i lost 2 pounds. took me alittle longer to get in ketosis and Acually this is the first time my stick turned a darker color. But this morning when i checked it, the stick wasnt dark? I havent ate anything bad. NO carbs at all. Just maybe 10 for vegies. How many calories should i be eating? It says till you get full but not stuffed. But sometimes i can eat and eat and not feel Full. Well i got full this morning seems that my appetite is getting smaller now. I do feel tired though any advice on that. Its hard to get motivated when your tired. IS b12 liquid drops ok to use for energy? i have a two year old so ... Well i have got a waist line cause of my c-section and gaining so much weight when i was prego. What is the best excerise to get that down? I just want to look good in a bathing suit again. Im at 135 now. Is your true weight in the morning? PLEASE WRITE BACK>

Binging is not "normal", so gaining 10 lbs in 3 days is not "normal" either. But I've been there, done that... so it is possible.

You should be eating 3 cups of vegetables -- 2 cups from the "salad vegetables" list and 1 cup from the "other vegetables" list OR 3 cups from the "salad vegetables" list. In addition, the majority of your carbs should come from veggies.

Depends on your height, weight, metabolism, level of activity, etc. You can find an approximate number based on your BMR and AMR. Something about this here:

You might have the infamous induction flu. If this is the problem, it will go away in a few days. Make sure you are drink enough water and don't forget to take your supplements.

Check the ingredients for illegal stuff. The ones I can find in Germany are sweetened with sorbitol (it's a sugar alcohol), so I avoid them. I'm not sure how much sorbitol is in it though and the book does not say we should necessarily avoid sugar alcohols, so it is your choice whether you take the drops or look for pills.

You cannot target a specific area from which you want to lose weight faster. The body is bullheaded and does things the way it wants when it comes to "problem areas". But with Atkins, cardio and strength training, you should be able to look good in a bathing suit.

I'm not sure if there is such a thing. If you weigh yourself on top of Mount Everest, you will weigh less than if you weigh at 0 altitude. I am exaggerating a little, but you get my point.
