Yourself! Fitness for PS2, xbox, and pc

I just posted this in the exercise forum, but thought it might be useful here as well. I just bought Yourself! Fitness, it's a video game that is a personal trainer. You enter your personal profile and it tells you what exercises to do based on your physical fitness level and goals. It is REALLY fun! Here's a link to the website for the game:
