So calm down! :hug Rome wasn't built in a day and neither was excess weight! LOL! Your weight not only fluctuates day by day but hour by hour, what you ate, drank, if you went pee first, all those things. Now, what you need to ask yourself is, is this a WOE permanently for me or am I on a diet to lose weight and go back to the way I was eating before or switching to something else. I will tell you what I am sure you have heard from others here: this is not a diet but a new way of life. You are becoming a slave to the scale and that is not good. I know you are curious but if I were you, I would at least wait 7 days before I did a peek but they prefer here if you wait til day 15. Even though you don't see a difference, you will feel the difference by now, let that be enough for a few days. I was very anxious too but I was a little scared nothing was happening too. So I waited until I was on for 6/7 days before I snuck a peek and was surprised to find I had a loss. Not big but a loss. Pleas don't expect to jump on the scale after 3 or 4 days and see 10 lbs gone because you will really be disappointed. Just go with the flow, follow the plan and if you are dying to check, wait a week. :joy The surprise will be better. And after that.........stay off til day 15. |
