| Well done, I am on day 5 and hope i can do as well as you have. I just have so much energy now it feels great. Apart from being bored and wanting to find things to do.

| well done on your loss so far! I havnt really noticed the difference but a coleague who I hadnt seen for a couple of weeks commented yesterday on how good i looked. Sometimes because we look at ourselves everyday we dont notice the changes as much. Keep up the good work.x |
