| I dont know the product but think that somewhere on the bottle it should tell you how many 'servings' it is. If it says 2 servings then it should be counted as two of your daily three servings of sweetener. Edited to add this From the http://lipton.com website: Quote:

| Hi Kgold1! Splenda is the sweetener recommended by Dr. Atkiins, but because it triggers the desire for sweets in so many people the new guideline is to avoid it during Induction as much as you can. Splenda counts I believe as one carb per packet - so if you have to use it remember to add the carbs to your count and no more than three packets a day. Best Advice? Ditch the Lipton iced tea and grab a bottled water instead. This entire process is about making choices, some are easy - some hard. But making all the right ones is your ticket to success. BTW, try making your own decaf iced tea with green tea use a little lemon for flavor. Always remember these drinks don't count towards your water count which is a minimum of 64 ounces a day.
