| Well, chances are you may not get knocked out of ketosis. I say just continue on and don't beat yourself up over it. I always try to have a Chocolate Atkins shake in the fridge for an emergency. They are not a great choice but they are better than an off program choice. I think you are doing terrific so far. Keep at it. |

| A tiny bit of cocoa on some whipped cream can also be an option. Are you taking supplements? Sometimes cravings like that may be caused because we lack something. With chocolate it could be a magnesium deficiency. Congratulations on your progress!!!
