1 egg has about 1 net carb. 2 teaspoons Splenda---depends on the Splenda formulation. 1 packet of splenda gives the sweetness equivalent to 2 teaspoons of sugar and is 1 net carb. I'm not too sure about the pourable or "bulk" Splenda, but I think it's 1 net carb per teaspoon (someone double check that please.) vanilla essence--has basically 0-0.5 net carbs cinnamon--depends on how big that dash is. Cinnamon has 0.6 net carbs per teaspoon. The ingredients are legal. But you have to watch the amounts. Note that this recipes uses 2 of the 4 ounces of cheese we are allowed and 1-2 of the 3 sweeteners we are allowed daily.
