The ideal is to use sugarfree bacon. Dextrose and sucrose are both sugars. Here in Asia, we don't have the food choices those in the US have. I use bacon that probably has sugar in it (the label is in Chinese so I don't know for sure) because without bacon and some of the other staples I just couldn't live with the monotony of Induction here in China.
I don't think the little bit of sugar would hurt you if you only have two slices a day with breakfast. BUT 150 grams is 5 ounces of bacon. That starts to add up to quite a bit. I would say restrict yourself to two slices a day to be safe.
