| Good morning all. Yesterday went well, I did not feel physically hungry all day, though I did have a short bought of being mentally hungry (after I ran out of food at work). I did well with everything yesterday EXCEPT the water, I had sugar free drinks last night. I stopped at the store this morning and picked up a 3L container of water, I don't know if I will be able to keep this part of the deal...I love my sf tropicana and my sf soda's...no calories and no carbs, what is the harm? Today my menu looks like the following: Egg (boiled) 2 Lettuce, raw 2 cups Cucumber, raw 4oz Brussels Sprouts, 4oz Haddock, 4oz Cheese, Cheddar 1oz Salad dressing, ranch 1 tbsp celery, raw 3oz cream cheese 1oz pork (chop) 4oz bacon, 4 thin slices Calories 1,143 Fat 76.1g Carbs 19.9g Protein 92.6g Fat 59% Carbs 6% Protein 34% A little heavy on the protein but I will burn that off in the gym. Gym today will be two miles on the treadmill. Have a great day all! bbb

| Hello all. Today is day three of strick induction. I am not hungry. I'm really surprised that I had the induction headache yesterday, it lasted most of the day. I am drinking water, but am still drinking my sf stuff as well. I went to the gym today did 22 floors on the stepper and 6 miles on the bike. I'm down 4lbs! Sweet! It is 2:30pm and I've had the following so far, I have my 2 cups of lettuce and ranch dressing if I get hungry between now and 4:30PM 2 stalks of celery 1 oz cream cheese 2 hard boiled eggs That's it! bbb
