| Last weekend, I made a batch of fresh broccoli salad (broccoli florets, mayo, vinegar, red onion, bacon, ranch dssg). It lasted two days as a side for many of my meals. For me, it is better as a side dish. I just like having that 3-4 oz of MEAT and the veggies as sides. Etire

| It really ups my fats for the day to have it as a meal. I agree! After putting it into fitday my fats were higher than they should have been and the highest percentage came from that. |
