| Yes you can eat too much. Veggies have a daily limit. Artificial sweeteners have a daily limit. Cream has a daily limit. Cheese has a daily limit. Water has a daily limit. Etc. For protein and fat, there is a limit too: you only eat enough to satisfy your hunger not to stuff yourself like a Thanksgiving turkey.

| You really should try to stick to the limits. I'm one of these people who have stuck to the items on induction, but I've gone over the limit on my sweetener (major coffee addict here) and have totally fallen in love with Zucchini and cabbage and I've had a hard time not going over the limit with them. The result, no weight gain, but I've only lost ONE pound in 3 weeks. You'll see people here drop weight quickly, but they tend to follow every rule in the book. |
