| You didn't check the list I gave you. Otherwise you would have seen that carrots are not on it. If you don't know the list by heart, always check the ingredients. Check also the ingredients in the chicken stock. Oh, and read the book -- DANDR 2002.

| Well, if you already ate it, then just move on and finish the Induction. Don't eat it again though. You want your Induction to be as "clean" (i.e. by the book) as possible, so that you can determine your degree of metabolic resistance after the first two weeks.
