| This board only supports the 2002 DANDR book. Please read the book and follow induction as it is written. What you are planning to do has nothing to do with the Atkins plan and what you are doing is going to do is be one of the "Atkins doesn't work" type of people. If works but isn't a quick fix so you can look good next week....we work hard at losing the weight we need to loose - please follow the plan.

| I noticed that meat and eggs did well for me, I added in the veggies of course, styaing within legal limits of the eggs and veggies. |
