| Hi everyone! Well, after losing 6 pounds first week and nothing second week, as of today I lost another pound so Im really happy! Hopefully I can lose around a pound a week now. xx |

| Where are all my 23rd March buddies??? As for me, after losing 6 pounds the first week, nothing at the end of the second week and a pound at the end of the third week, I weighed myself today (week 4) and have lost 5 pounds! Im really shocked! I finished TOM yesterday so it seems like it has all balanced itself out! Only 30 pounds to go!!! Should I go onto OWL now? |

| hey, rhiannon i moved to owl 1 this week. lost 11 pounds the first two weeks, and nothing for the second. congratulations on the weight loss--good job! how's the eating going?

| Hi attagirl! the eating is going great! as i wasnt losing weight i set myself a mini 7 day challenge : no heavy cream : no gum : no lemon juice : no cheese! dropping the above definately contributed to my good weight loss this week so i may re.introduce each of the above slowly to see what happens! hope all is well with you! keep going!
