| I'm doing well so far today, too. Apparently, I've only eaten 892 calories, though, so I definitely need to do something to get those up. I still have one cup of veggies I need to eat and can only eat 5 more carbs today. I wonder what I should have for dinner. |

Tuna salad or cobb salad for lunch with water. Celery and cream cheese as a snack or a grilled shrimp with a cilantro dressing I make myself. Then for dinner I have broiled chicken that I season with a little mustard, salt and peper (I know it sounds weird but its delish) and broccoli with butter and a side salad with olive oil. Just to give you some ideas of things you might not have thought of. Also I love half an avocado with grilled shrimp and a tiny bit of lemon juice. Good luck. |

| second day here....Not hungry at all, probably because I was already moitoring my calories and protien levels. Looking forward to completing tommorrow and moving on. |

| Hey guys, I started March 23rd as well and am on my 4th day! It's goin well so far, no complaints. I don't notice a difference in weight or appearance yet, but when I sit down I've noticed my belly isn't protruding out as much...that's def. a good thing! I'm waiting to check the scale next Monday upon completion of Week 1. I'll be sharing the results. |

| Hi all, Still here but haven't been posting. I've had the flu since Tuesday (not induction flu, actual flu) so I probably haven't been eating enough but I've been trying. I have not had anything illegal, though! I'm down 8lbs since Monday. Not sure if it's the flu, the diet, the tons of water, or a combo of all three. Hopefully it's not just the flu because I'll probably gain some of the weight back. I will try not to weigh again until Monday! |
