Talking Anyone Else starting today? (23rd March)

Hi I'm new to Atkins and wondering if there is anyone else starting today?
I've read the book, cover to cover, filled my fridge with food and have started off the day right with a couple eggs

day is going well. i have the following planned to eat:

b: 2 eggs scrambled
s. protein shake
l: chicken salad
s: 2 deviled eggs
d: pork chops and asparagus

I'm doing well so far today, too. Apparently, I've only eaten 892 calories, though, so I definitely need to do something to get those up. I still have one cup of veggies I need to eat and can only eat 5 more carbs today. I wonder what I should have for dinner.

I started today, had eggs this morning, chicken sausage, small amount of broccali and water all day. Work out tonight....

For me its easier to plan my meals the day before, that way I am not looking for something the last minute. I usually eat scrambled eggs with a little tomato and onion with fresh cheese and water for breakfast.
Tuna salad or cobb salad for lunch with water. Celery and cream cheese as a snack or a grilled shrimp with a cilantro dressing I make myself. Then for dinner I have broiled chicken that I season with a little mustard, salt and peper (I know it sounds weird but its delish) and broccoli with butter and a side salad with olive oil. Just to give you some ideas of things you might not have thought of. Also I love half an avocado with grilled shrimp and a tiny bit of lemon juice. Good luck.

second day here....Not hungry at all, probably because I was already moitoring my calories and protien levels. Looking forward to completing tommorrow and moving on.

Hey guys, I started March 23rd as well and am on my 4th day! It's goin well so far, no complaints. I don't notice a difference in weight or appearance yet, but when I sit down I've noticed my belly isn't protruding out as much...that's def. a good thing!

I'm waiting to check the scale next Monday upon completion of Week 1. I'll be sharing the results.

Hi all,
Still here but haven't been posting. I've had the flu since Tuesday (not induction flu, actual flu) so I probably haven't been eating enough but I've been trying. I have not had anything illegal, though! I'm down 8lbs since Monday. Not sure if it's the flu, the diet, the tons of water, or a combo of all three. Hopefully it's not just the flu because I'll probably gain some of the weight back. I will try not to weigh again until Monday!
