| Flax can be used during Induction only for constipation or as a fiber supplement. To use it as a food, you'll have to wait until OWL. There's a sticky thread about this here: http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...induction.html

| What's the best way to incorporate ground flax in an induction friendly way? Should I throw some into an Atkins shake or will it be ok (I mean, will it TASTE ok, heh) sprinkled on veggies? |
